The main material uses SHIN DENIM which is a tough new material that overturns the concept of the original denim fabric that JAPAN BLUE independently developed, pursuing denim indigo (blue) in the production area of denim, Kojima kurashiki okayama. By this special dyeing technique, SHIN DENIM realizes 2.5 times the abrasion resistance compared with ordinary denim due to selection of raw cotton and original spinning, with little of the color loss typical of denim fabric. In addition, the bottom fabric is made of INVISTA's 1680d CORDURA Ballistic® nylon which has abrasion, tear strength and durability about five times that of nylon. By applying PU processing on the back side, further strength is achieved. The attached leather is 1.8mm and 2.5mm 100% vegetable tanned cow leather. It becomes soft by applying soft processing which will allow the leather to further soften over time. It is a series that combines SHIN DENIM with light and high strength CORDURA Ballistic® fabric and vegetable tanned cow leather.
