This denim fabric is called “Otokogi” which translates as “chivalry” or “courage” and is made from slubby #6 yarn that has had the little bits of leaf and stem left in. The result is a rough, crisp denim that provides incredible vertical fading. Unique to the 3rd type jean jacket, a light ounce denim is used for the pocket design and back flap lining. This is the slimmest silhouette in the Samurai jean jacket series.
