Iron Heart Denim's classic straight cut jeans, made from 21/23oz Ultra Heavy Raw (UHR) denim. While most of IH's fabrics are sanforised and washed to reduce shrinkage, UHR denim is an unsanforised, loomstate selvedge weave. With a starting weight of 21oz when dry, this shrink-to-fit denim becomes (approximately) 23oz after shrinkage through soaking/washing. Renowned for its dense weave and legendary fading potential, this is Iron Heart denim in its purest form.

- The amount of shrinkage will depend on how hot and vigorously the jeans are washed, on 40 degrees C wash you can expect approximately 1" shrinkage on the waist, and up to 2" shrinkage on the inseam. All dimensions will shrink proportionately to the waist and inseam, those that are put under pressure will have a tendency to stretch back out, and those that aren’t will not.
