IH'S slim-straight cut jeans, made from 21/23oz Ultra Heavy Raw (UHR) denim. While most of their fabrics are sanforised and washed to reduce shrinkage, UHR denim is an unsanforised, loomstate selvedge weave. With a starting weight of 21oz when raw, this denim tightens up to become (approximately) 23oz after shrinkage through soaking/washing. Renowned for its dense weave and legendary fading potential, this is Iron Heart denim in its purest form.

- Amount of shrinkage will depend on how hot and vigorously jeans are washed, on 40 degree C wash you can expect approximately 1" shrinkage on waist, up to 2" shrinkage on inseam. All dimensions will shrink proportionately to the waist and inseam, those that are put under pressure will have a tendency to stretch back out, those that aren’t will not.
