The main body material uses master-piece’s original fabric “MASTERTEX-09™,” which combines durability, water resistance, and water repellency.
Manufactured at certified factories that meet INVISTA’s CORDURA® brand fabric production and quality standards, this fabric is woven using two-ply twisted yarns: 840d yarns in the warp and 420d Hollofil Air™ (hollow 66 nylon yarn) in the weft, aligned in pairs. It meets CORDURA® brand fabric standards and provides excellent resistance to abrasion, tearing, and fraying.
A PU coating is applied to the reverse side, and a special breathable waterproof film, L-VENT®, is laminated to further enhance water resistance. Bonded with tricot nylon, this results in a three-layer construction.
