A trucker jacket made of tropical weather fabric. Based on a beloved classic pattern, it has been resized here to fit the modern person's body shape and has been modified to a robust sewing specification based on the lock stitch. It also has hand warmer pockets, making it a jacket that can be worn in pretty much any season. This fabric was created by analyzing military fabric developed for tropical regions over half a century ago and then combining it with Japan's unique weaving technology. The fabric is similar to (but not the same as) a Panama weave, and the unevenness caused by the slub yarn and the mesh-like texture make it comfortable to wear in the summer. History has already proven the usefulness of this kind of fabric, but we have added our own unique twist and technology, and manipulated the gauge of the fabric at our Banshu factory. This is the only mill in Japan with the required technology - a place with 100 years of history - to create a fabric like this with even better breathability than the original. In addition, this fabric has spots of different density scattered throughout, and by also layering the dye, the high-density areas are lighter in color, while the dye penetrates well into the low density areas, causing the dot patterns to stand out like shadows.
